Hi! I’m Andrea, and ever since I was a child, the aromasfrom my family’s kitchen have drawn me in like a magnet. That simple ‘Mmm, how good!’ quickly turned into a true passion—cooking, experimenting, and, above all, making people happy through my dishes

As a person, I like to think of myself as curious (sometimes too much, or so they say!),empathetic,and detail-oriented. I find joy in the simple things: a sincere smile, a conversation over a glass of wine, or a sunset that makes you stop and say ‘wow.’ I love conviviality, animals, being outdoors, and anything that sparks my creativity to craft something special for those around me.

As a chef, I see myself as a blend of tradition and innovation. I honor my grandmother Lola’s recipes, yet I can’t resist adding my personal touch. Every dish I create carries a secret ingredient—heart—because for me, cooking isn’t just about food; it’s about storytelling, creating experiences, and making people feel at home, no matter where they are.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that cooking isn’t just a passion—it’s a way to share emotions. And with a great dish, everything feels a little more beautiful!
